Wednesday Newsletter

The Wednesday Envelope is the primary communication between the School and the Parents. All signups for lunches, fundraisers, Dad’s Club dinners, Picture Orders, Tuition and Scrip Statements etc. will come home each Wednesday. The oldest child in each family will receive the envelope. Make sure you get into a routine of looking at this information Wednesday evening. You should return the envelope (with any necessary signups) each Thursday.

The school office would be happy to assist you in receiving the contents of the envelope online or directly through your email. This saves paper, copying expenses, and helps the school to reduce their environmental footprint. There will be a form to fill out early in the school year if you choose to go this route. However, the empty manila envelope will still be sent home with your oldest child each Wednesday, so you can use it to return forms and communications to the school office.
