Safe Environment

The Diocese of Santa Rosa has a very strict policy regarding all employees and volunteers who have regular contact with the students.  These employees and volunteers must be fingerprinted by Live Scan under the Diocese of Santa Rosa and complete the safe environment training developed by the Diocese.  All employees have met these criteria.

 To be eligible to volunteer at St. Rose School and Preschool:

• Complete the online training at: www.shieldthevulnerable.org.  The course is called “Recognize, Report & Prevent Child Abuse”.  If you have completed that online course within the last two years, you may choose to complete the course titled “Investigation vs. Inquiry”.  At the completion of the course, please print the certificate and return it to the school office with the $7.00 fee.

• Complete the Live Scan fingerprinting process.  Live Scan forms are available in the school office.  Upon completion of Live Scan please send a copy of the completed form to the school office.
