St. Rose School strives to provide your child with an excellent education and keep that education affordable for your family. If you have questions about tuition payments or would like to discuss specific payment and assistance options for your family, please contact Kathy Ryan, at 707-545-0379.

Tuition is determined annually, upon recommendation, by the principal’s Advisory Council.

Tuition assistance includes: Parish Scholarship, which reflects parish involvement/Mass attendance, and the family is certified by the pastor of their Catholic parish as active in that parish. Multi-child discount for families with more than one child, and the Service Hour discount for those families who complete the required service hour commitment to the school annually.  Click on the Tuition Assistance link below for more information on other financial aid options.

2017-18 Tuition & Fees

DAYCARE OPTIONS (Before and After School)

  • Morning Care for students before school. (K-8th) Unlimited annual participation per child is $100.   Call the school office for more information about Morning Care.
  • Kinder-Care – A Kindergarten after-school enrichment program. Information is given to Kindergarten families.
  • YMCA After-school Program – for students in 1st – 8th grades, on our school campus. Registration is done through the YMCA. Information is available in the school office.

How to Pay Your Tuition

Tuition is payable in advance either annually, by semester, in ten monthly payments, or in twelve monthly payments. Tuition payments are paid through SMART Tuition Service.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for each student are due at re-registration each year in May or when a new student is accepted. Yard duty, Annual Event fees and Facility/Maintenance fees for each family are due at the same time. These fees are non-refundable.

Other Information

Tuition Delinquency

St. Rose contracts with a tuition management company called SMART for the collection of tuition payments. SMART provides secure and convenient online, telephone and mail-in payment plans with choices of payment dates. Returned and late payments are charged late and/or follow up fees. It is necessary for the proper functioning of the school that payments are made in accordance with the family’s tuition contract with the school. Should you have difficulty in meeting your tuition obligation, it is your responsibility to notify the principal or business manager so that special arrangements and adjustments to your agreement can be made. This payment plan must be agreed upon by all parties. If your account becomes sixty days or more overdue, we will ask that your child/ren not attend school until the account is current. Tuition must be paid in full by the last day of school in order to keep the student’s place for the following school year.
